Description

CU series has larger Cam than standard type of roller gear Index Drive such as CF/CS, which solves the problems such as undercut, limited pressure angle the existing standard type of Cam has involved. 

CU series has 120° of minimum dividing angle for bisection while common Roller gear Index has 270° of that. 

The standard type has needed external equipment such as clutches, brakes, servo-motors or costly power transmission system, but CU series allows wider dwell angle enabling simple and effective control of dwell time. 

Remarks

1. Small indexing(dividing) Angle 
Smaller dividing angle gives longer dwell time within the cycle time. 

2. Standardized Sizes 
Standardized 4 axial distance (shaft-to-shaft)s from 80 to 200mm 

3. Flexible mounting 
Basically the all 6 sides are available for mounting with taps on the front side. 

4. OPTION
Torque Limiter, Reducer, Clutch, Brake Motor, etc. can be mounted.
