Description

CP series has a pair of 2 plate Cams in input shaft and Cam follower bearing fixed in output shaft. With these two shafts being parallel, it’s suitable not only for rotating movement of table but also for driving of conveyer system which transfers given stroke and stops. If the motor is driving alone while adopting (other unit) to conveyer, other auxiliary device such as brake and stopper is needed to stop, but CP series has a merit that given stroke’s transfer and stop can be repeated in output simply by rotating of input shaft. 

Remarks

1. Indexing numbers for stop 
smaller indexing angle available at 1 to 4 divisions. 
While common Roller Gear Index Drive with 4 stops (4 division) requires minimum indexing angle(최소할부각) more than 180°, CP series is available with 90° enabling easy designing. 

2. Oscillate 
Oscillate Cam with Max 45° of back-and-forth angle(oscillating angle) available. 

3. Universal Mounting 
All 6 sides available for mounting provide flexibility in designing. 

4. Wide range of Sizes 
Standardized 11 models of axial distance (shaft-to-shaft) from 45-315mm to select optimal size for wide range of load condition. 

5. Accurate Repeatability 
Cam-follower bearing for Output shaft is ever-preloaded to remove backlash enabling to keep accurate repeatability and smooth motion. 

6. Wide range of options 
Various options such as Torque limiter, Reducer, Clutch, Brake are mountable.
