Operating Principle
Vortex Drum Pump turns an ordinary 208 ℓ steel drum into a liquid vacuum cleaner and workshop vacuum cleaner.
Just attach the Vortex Drum Pump into the threaded attachment of a 208ℓ drum, hook up compressed air and you have a liquid vacuum cleaner and a workshop vacuum cleaner which requires no electricity.
The Vortex Drum Pump is safe to use in hot and wet areas because it requires no motors or electricity. Vortex drum pumps are lightweight and portable, resulting in increase of operational efficiency of workers. In order to prevent running off of high-viscosity liquids as well as chips, and sediments, Vortex drum pump system is recommended.
Vortex Drum Pumps are made of stainless steel structure in order to prevent corrosion, and it has a built-in flow control unit to prevent over filling the drum.
Uses
Appropriate in general industrial fields such as intake of coolant and liquid, vacuum intake of oil, dust, dry powder, and intake of cutting oil of machining center and NC / CNC lathe. No maintenance, and can be installed at a low cost.
