Introduction
Byucksan Glass Wool is a heating, insulating, cooling, sound absorbing exclusive product for construction industry and households produced with the rotation method which is developed by Byucksan, the eco-friendly construction material company, for the first time in Korea. It helps more economical and convenient construction.
Especially, it is eco-friendly construction material which reduced formaldehyde emission unbelievably, and appropriate to Fโโโโ standard, the best grade of construction material formaldehyde emission relates of Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan and Japanese Industrial Standards.

Low Noise/Insulation Product
Product which attached glass cloth on one side of Glass Wool Board to reduce noises from sound facility, cinema, gym, maintenance room, etc.
Application
Place which requires considerable sound function and insulation
Used as interior system of (factory, machinery room, computer room, sound room, telephone operating room, gym, assembly room, etc.)
Construction Method
- Mark line on the wall where G/C Board will be constructed to fit to G/C Board size.
- Mark position to attach fixing pin (support pin) on the wall where G/C Board will be constructed.
- Attach fixing pin (support pin) on the marked position on the wall with adhesive. (Wait 24 hours until adhesive dries completely, then install them after 24 hours.)
- When adhesive dries completely, insert G/C Board to fixing pin align with the marked line on the wall.
- Insert washer to tip of support pin.

Glass Wool Panel (Panel Core material)
Noninflammable/Insulating Sandwich Panel (Panel Core Material)
Fibrosis silica (sand) which is the raw material for glass by using high-temperature hot-dip and high-speed rotation, and use as heating, insulation and sound absorption materials as creating fine continuous pore with artificial mineral fiber formed in a consistent form. Non-flammable panel available for fireproof structural construction with no toxic gas generation during fire and almost no fire expansion.
