Vortex Cool Tool is a packaged vortex tube that is portable and ready to use cold air source. It is designed to improve machining operations and improve the life of the product and each part.
Vortex Cool Tool is supplied with a power source by Vortex Tube that uses only compressed air. Vortex Cool Tool produces a stream of air of 38°C (100°F) cooler than the initial temperature of the compressed air. It can be installed easily, using the magnetic base. The Cool Tool can be moved from one machine to another, and the nozzle (flex hose) can be positioned in any desired direction.
The Cool Tool will eliminate the need for mists and messy and expensive liquid coolants, and the noise is within 70 dBA. In addition, it will help a lot to improve productivity in the overall industry, with the features of long life, high quality, and durability.
The Cool Tool is set to 15 SCFM at the time of shipment from the factory. The Cool Tool is made of stainless steel, so it is free from oxidation or corrosion. It is designed to be used effectively in manufacturing and operations.
