풀오토 래퍼 NFL는 카세트에 웨이퍼가 부착된 세라믹블록을 로딩하고 스타트 진행 시 전 공정을 로봇과 유닛들이 웨이퍼를 자동으로 다이아몬드 래핑하여 공정을 마친 웨이퍼가 자동으로 언로딩 되는 전자동 시스템입니다. 맵핑이 끝난 후, EFEM 로봇이 웨이퍼를 얼라이너로 이송하고 WTR로봇이 웨이퍼를 가압판으로 이송하여 다이아몬드 슬러리와 폴리싱정반에 의해 가공되고 Probe 게이지를 통하여 최종타깃까지 가공되어 공정이 끝납니다. 이 시스템의 독특하고 견고한 구조로 얇고 꺠지기 쉬운 제품을 우수한 성능으로 일정한 래핑 압력을 보장합니다. 오랜 경험에 의해 개발된 NTS의 래핑공정 노하우는 스크래치, 칩핑, 크랙을 극적으로 제거하고 래핑정반의 마모를 최소화 합니다.
