세미오토 래퍼 NSL는 사파이어 웨이퍼나 커버글라스와 같이 얇고 깨지기 쉬운 물질을 연마하는데 정확한 평탄도를 유지하고 다이아몬드 연마재와 래핑정반을 사용하여 낮은 Roughness를 성취하는 시스템입니다. 4개의 세라믹플레이트가 정위치되고 4축 가압판이 내려와 슬러리가 투입되고 정반이 돌면서 시작이 공정이 시작되며 타깃두께까지 가공이 완료되면 공정이 끝납니다.
