양면폴리셔 NSDD 는 다이아몬드 연마재와 금속성분의 래핑정반을 사용하여 사파이어 웨이퍼와 커버 글라스 등의 얇고 깨지지 쉬운 소재를 Roughness가 낮은 상태로 정확한 평탄도를 유지하며 양면을 동시에 연마하는 시스템입니다. 캐리어에 웨이퍼를 장착하고 스타트 버튼을 누르면 상정반이 하강한 후 자동으로 설정된 두께까지 가공이 된 후에 정지합니다.
