단면 DMP NSC는 얇고 깨지기 쉬운 사파이어 웨이퍼와 커버글라스와 같은 물질을 다이아몬드 래핑 공정을 마친 후 정확한 평탄도를 유지하면서 CMP 패드에 콜로이드성의 연마재를 사용하여 낮은 Roughness를 성취하고 경면과 같은 표면을 만들기 위해 화학적으로 연마하여 스크래치를 완전히 없애는 시스템입니다. 4개의 세라믹플레이트가 정위치되고 4축 가압판이 내려와 슬러리가 투입되고 정반이 돌면서 시작이 공정이 시작되며 설정된 타깃두께까지 가공이 완료되면 공정이 끝납니다.
