System Operation
This system is used for inspecting the various visual defects of the cover glass. According to characteristics of defects （such as front & rear，special viewing angel & directivity etc.）the following methods is used to inspect.
ㆍ Application of high-resolution camera and self-produced special lighting which fits for each defect characteristic
ㆍ Separation of inspection area according to each defect characteristic
ㆍ Implementation of rapid inspection algorithm（within 3sec/piece)
ㆍ Automatic inspection 및 user-friendly UI
ㆍ Inlined with other machines( inline type).
