Diffuser & Shading Sheet which are used in BLU Assembly Process will bring enormous losses when there are defects （such as Scratch，press，foreign materias, pollution etc.）on them.
Currently, many operators have to keep observing the Roll till it finished. And because of the tiredness and attitude problems of operators, manual inspection efficiency is reduced.
This Roll to Roll Inspection System is developed with the following Vision Technology to inspect the entire materials.
