Description

DynaDrive is a Zero-backlash high precision reducer based on a roller gear cam.

This is a Zero-backlash mechanism optimized for applications requiring high rigidity and precision, such as semiconductior transport robot, additional axis of machine tools, and joint of industrial robot which are capable of input and output horizontal configuration and compact design. center distance 40~450mm available by order made. Integrated 4point direct contact bearing type also can be choice.

 

Characteristics of the product

High rigidity Zero Backlash

Multiple cam follwers come in contact simultaneously and zero-backlash roller gear mechanism meets both precision and rigidity. Preload adjustment is possible through the preload adhustment flange. DynaDrive realizes fast and stable motion.

Compact input/output vertical layout

It is suitable for applications requiring alow-height, compact horizontal axis design. Inaddition, the output shaft hollow is very useful when piping, wiring, etc.

Output interated bearing

DynaDrive uses its own design of the integrated output shaft and bearing structure, and it achieves compact and excellent rotation accuracy. The preload stucture can receive both radial and axial loads simultaneously.
