Chip Foam ( Re-bonded foam ) is considered a high quality product in spite of being a product mainly made from scrap. Re-bonded foam is composed of about 90 per cent flexible foam scrap and 10 per cent chemicals, having reacted chemically with each other under pressure and steam acting.
 The chip foam is today recognized as a very valuable product with many different applications within the furniture, automotive, package and carpet underlay industries.
