This machine is horizontal blade type, and then the computer does life-size drawing in AUTO CAD which is layout by taking into account the number and length of cut and stored in the sponge block which are attached to the control panel of the machine to design the transverse and longitudinal direction of the block from the computer. 

If you run after loading to work a block, conveyor table turns the transverse and longitudinal direction of the block and it is processed automatically by the automatic operation.

You can manually change operation by checking the machining progress direction of cutting as self-test functions before machining.

Depending on the density and hardness of the foam cutting speed used to determine the speed of a curved and straight line when working of volume, cnc program adjusts the speed by controlling itself.
