The CA-IS372x-Q1 devices are high-performance dual-channel digital isolators with up to 3.75kVRMS (narrow-body package) or 5kVRMS (wide-body package) isolation ratings and ultra-fast data rates. The CA-IS372x-Q1 devices provide high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption while isolating CMOS digital I/O. Each isolation channel has a logic input and output buffer separated by a capacitive silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier, and each channel input is integrated Schmitt trigger to provide excellent noise immunity for automotive applications.
The CA-IS3720-Q1 features two channels transferring digital signals in one direction for applications such as isolated digital I/O. The CA-IS3721-Q1/CA-IS3722-Q1 devices have 2 channels with 1 channel in each direction, making them ideal for isolating the Tx and Rx lines of a transceiver, such as RS485, CAN, etc. communication. When the input is either not powered or is open-circuit, the default output is low for devices with the suffix L and high for devices with the suffix H.
