General Description

The CA-IS3710 devices are high-performance single channel, unidirectional digital isolators with up to 3.75kVRMS isolation rating and ultra-fast data rate. This device offers high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption while isolating different ground domains and blocking high-voltage/high-current transients from sensitive or human interface circuitry. The internal isolation channel has a logic input and output buffer separated by a capacitive silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier, the integrated Schmitt trigger on the input provides excellent noise immunity. 

The CA-IS3710 devices feature default outputs. When the input is either not powered or is open-circuit, the default output is low for devices with the suffix L and high for devices with suffix H, see the Ordering Information for suffixes associated with each option.
