Our HIFIL Co., Ltd, leaping into a healthy life & environment enterprise started as KOLON Co., Ltd’s Water Purifier Business Team in 1996, and has greatly contributed to the population of Korean water purifiers. It was separated from its parent company on Mar. 1, 2001, and has succeeded in shaping itself as a total water purifier enterprise by preparing its base of growth as an independent consumer enterprise.

Our HIFIL, which handles water necessary for sustaining human life as the essence of our business recognizes the significance of drinking water in depth more than anyone else and takes pride in thorough inspection of the parts in the material that contact water and certification system.

In addition, we are rigorously producing and examining its quality standard as the apparatus connected to the water by applying the U.S. ‘NSF’ standard as it is. All of these actions cannot be seen with the naked eye, but is a will of HIFIL that tries to be true to the essence and fundamentals of our business that are based on the credit.

Our HIFIL has completed the composition of the product line up from filter manufacturing that includes a hollow fiber membrane filter, a core part of the water purifier, to the complete product of the water purifier. Since 2008, it has reinforced its technological development, and succeeded in developing flash cooling and apparatus for producing water having oxygen content with product functionality to export them to Seoul and Japan.

Now, it is supplying products of satisfactory quality to overseas customers such as Japan, the US, South East Asia, China, and Australia as well as the market of the Republic of Korea resulting in 5 million dollars in sales in 2012.

P&S Technology company was established in 1997. Our company is a professional corporation in the manufacturing of image processing inspection instruments that inspect glass bottles, PET bottles, and beverage can products.

Our instruments are inspected in manufacturing fields without direct contact with the products. So there is no change in products during the inspection. If there is any undesired material, the bottle can be rejected automatically. Also our instruments replace the existing human inspection that can be compared with precise and high-speed inspection image processing inspection machines. With these benefits, customer can get the effect of cost down and productivity enhancements, uniform quality in their manufacturing fields.

Especially in beverage, food and pharmaceutical industries, manufacturing line speed is about 600 or 800 bottles per minute. And many companies in that industry use expensive foreign-made inspection machines. But now our inspection instruments are used in Korean big companies such as Hyosung and Lotte.

Empty Bottle Whole Surface Inspection Machine for PET bottles and glass bottles is the name of our new inspection instruments that inspect the mouth top, neck outside wall, neck inside wall, foreign material in body, bottom, neck dimension, and leakage of the pinhole. This machine can be adjusted with several kinds of bottles from 0.35L to 1.5L.
