COFAS is abbreviation of Corrugated Factory Automation System.

• COFAS (Corrugated Factory Automation System)
       - Communications between respective control system and data server will be handled by Ethernet.
       - In case of long distance between servers, it can have a good result from processing with optical communications

• Main Host Server (work scheduling server and company office management server)
       - This is Data server to manage work order data or work schedule of Flexo Machine
       - This is not managed by WSA ( but by Customer’s server)

• COFAS Server (Conveyor Automatic Control Server)
       - Data management of each Conveyor and Sheet information management, It takes Data handling with Main Host Server
       - O.S : Windows 2012 Server
       - Data Base : MS SQL
       - Use “Mirroring” to utilize Two Static Memory Hard disk to prevent data lost from hard disk fail 
       - Development TOOLS : Delphi , java combined.

• COFAS Server Program
       - PLC #1, PLC#2 … It can be communicated with COFAS Server through Ethernet
       - Conveyor control modules is followed by control program order of the server and managed in real time
       - Operator of Flexo Machine automatically find and supply sheets within conveyor buffer section if operator choose
          progress or work list on standby
       - It needs work list data of Flexo Machine and Work instruction data from Main Host Server
       - It needs exit sheet information at the exit position from stacker.
       - It can be controlled and understanding sheet flow in real time at the Office or Control Room
