▶ Logistics System

 
 Overview

     For the recent few years, logistics and distribution centers around the world have experienced  important changes. Rapidly diversifying demands of consumers are requiring small quantity production of multiple products, and it is necessary to reduce cost based on accurate and quick process of manufacture and consumption. Logistics market is demanding automated and rationalized facilities, and companies are introducing unique logistics systems in response to such timely changes. 
 Logistics system of our company proposes a system that performs integrated management of logistics and related information to satisfy the needs of customers. 


 Transport system

→ Tray Elevevator 
    Tray elevator characterized by multiple layers, continuous and high speed transport has a continuously operated tray that quickly transports products to different layers, and the system shows connectivity with other transport devices, stability and accuracy. 

→ Slafter 
    This is a continuous interlayer transport device that combined advantages of belt conveyor, slat conveyor, lifter and elevator. It is a product with outstanding economic feasibility and stability that allows for unmanned forward and reverse transport using auto detection device. 

→ EMS (Electrified Monorail System) 
    Spatial transport system that can efficiently use ceiling space of buildings has an advantage of quickly transporting products without having to install a coplicated fool line. EMS establishes a perfect system using auto transport function operated by computer, adding lifter function to self-driving method with speed control, loading and removal functions. 

→ Speed Rail 
    This light weighted facility offers simple installation and allows for spatial transport and interlayer transport. It can also be connected easily to other devices.


 Storage system

→ Solid Auto Storage System 
  ▷ Function 
      Floor area ratio of storage can be increased by introducing a solid auto stoage system that exhibits maximum storage capability in a narrow storage, allowing for efficient use of land.

→ Auto Column 
  ▷ Function 
      It consists of a tray and rack to store products and picking door of elevator lifter. 
      This system does not require incoming and outgoing slips because incoming, outgoing, storage and picking of documents and parts are processed by computer and displayed using signals. 
 
  ▷ Advantages 
      There is no limit in storage as tray interval is adjusted according to height of the object. 
      There is no risk of eccentric load compared to rotary rack. 
      Number of columns can be freely adjusted for economic feasibility. 
      Space is used efficiently.

→ Flow Rack System 
  ▷ Function 
      Box objects are moved between layers on a sloped flow rack for storage, and the system allows for inventory management and auto picking using computer.

→ Rack System


 Picking system

→ C.A.P (Computer Assisted Picking) System 
    C.A.P System consists of a computer that performs picking command and report performance, wired and wireless barcode reader and barcode printer to enter product information, and printer. 
    Storage locatoin of products are managed online using computer for systematic storage. 
    This system allows for convenient picking by auto flickering of lamp on the rack, sequential flickering and online outgoing check-up. Also, details of work such as picking, assort and worker ID registration can be freely configured and changed. This system can be applied to any places  that conduct storage and picking works on boxes and pieces using fixed rack. 
 
→ Group Picking System 
    One of important points in picking is to design a system with consideration on shortening of walking distance. 
    Group picking system of our company allows workers to send commands using computer with digital display function so that picking workers can work without slips such as lists. 
    In addition, large flickering lamps were installed in position of each product to shorten walking distance for group picking and improve the work environment. 
    It is also possible to choose picking cart or roller conveyor for installation depending on size of products.


 Sorting system

    Sorting is the core of logistics systems. In addition to the function of high speed, large quantity sorting and multiple field sorting, additional devices such as soft transport without impact on products, integration of products and information combined with computers, and simultaneous handling of slips upon incoming and outgoing determine quality of the system. 
    Sorting system of our company offers system with highest quality for all products based on servo technology for accuracy of logistics input, no-mark sorting based on computer, free lay-out configuration with different models, and suits that consider properties of products.
