Description

It can be used for water-soluble or water-insoluble coolant filtering of all machine tools.
It can be used in rough grinding and finishing line of all nonmagnetic machine tools.
(However, the length of chip is more than 200 mm, separate negotiation is required) 
  
 
Organization

Because the filter allowing precision filtering is located at the outer circumference of revolving rotary drum, the dirty coolant induced from machine is filtered by filter. After that, clean water is sent to clean tank via the inside of drum and chip and other floating matters are discharged to external chip box by CONV' SCRAPER. In order to prevent the surface of filter from being clogged with sludge and floating matters, additionally installed washing unit performs continuous washing. Like that, clean liquid is always supplied through continual filtering and washing so filter can be maintained cleanly. 
  
 
Characteristic

Because it has a simple structure as an integral type combining CONV' and DRUM, installation area is small and running cost is low.
In order to prevent drum filter(mesh media) from being clogged, washing unit is attached so it is possible to use filter (mesh media) for a long time. 
If specially manufactured magnet plate is installed in the bottom of CONV', steel and FC chip can be filtered. 
  
 
Filtering capacity

It can be adjusted from 300ℓ/min to 11,000ℓ/min.
(If several filters are used, its capacity is over 11,000ℓ/min )

Collection water dehydrated from powders such as lime and diatomite.

Organization

DC FILTER consists of Filtering tank of UPPER SHELL and CONV' BELT (MESH MEDIA) that are symmetrical up and down. UPPER SHELL is operated up and down by AIR CYLINDER (HYDRAULIC CYLINDER) and LOWER SHELL is fixed to main body. CONV' BELT (MESH MEDIA) is located between two shells and seal is attached here for protecting the outflow of liquid in filtering process. If internal pressure increases as DIRTY COOLANT is input, dehydration process begins. After completing dehydration process, UPPER SHELL rises and transferred CONV' BELT discharges sludge and floating matters to the exterior. At this time, CONV' BELT is maintained cleanly through WASHING process. The whole processes are performed automatically. Filter stops just for 1~2 minutes so the supply of clean coolant is not stopped. 
  

Characteristic
 
Through air blow dehydration, sludge is discharged as a dried state.
Dehydration ratio reaches 95% so it can be used as a dehydrator.
It is easy to operate because all operations are performed automatically. 
Because of pressurization filtering, flow rate per filtering area increases, thus, occupation area is small.
1 FILTER can filter 100~11,000ℓ/MIN so it can control coolant of many machines.
Running cost is reduced by repeated use of blow off belt

Application example
  
Application example 1 : DRAG CONV'-applied SYSTEM 
 DIRTY water discharged from machine flows in DRAG CONVEYOR via TRENCH. Large-sized chip is removed in CONV' and just floating sludge is introduced to filter pump. After it is sent to and filtered in DC filter, clean water is sent to clean tank.

 Because of its outstanding performance, 1 DC filter can handle coolant filtering for roller using a lot of water.

Application example 3 : Lime dehydration system 
 In washing process, the washing water containing lime, which is concentrated by thickener is sent to the filter, it discharges cake.

Organization

When dirty coolant is induced from machine, chip & sludge is settled by specially manufactured magnet plate attached to the bottom of CONV' and sent to chip box by scraper and clean water is induced to pendulous box, sent to clean tank and resupplied to machine by pump. 
  
 
Characteristic

Specially manufactured pendulous box plays the role to improve filtering capacity by enabling steel and FC chip & sludge to attach on magnet plate well.
Magnet plate is made of STS cover so that its structure is free from scratch of scraper.
Its structure is organized to maximize the prevention of whirlpool, which occurs when dirty water is induced to CONV'
