Description
As a robot welding system using ARC ROBOT, SPOT ROBOT and JIG & FIXTURE, it consists of car body welding line for shuttle transfer between processes and car body and welding jig for single product in unit process.
Organization
- ROBOT : (ARC & SPOT ROBOT and CONTROLLER).
- Welding machine: (Co2 welding machine, T/R, T/C, SCR, GUN).
- JIG & FIXTURE : (Car body welding JIG and transfer unit, ARC welding JIG & FIXTURE).
- Power driving unit : (MOTOR, air pressure part, hydraulic part).
- Control unite: (Automatic sequence control by PLC)
