Description
It can be used for water-soluble or water-insoluble coolant filtering of all machine tools.
It can be used in rough grinding and finishing line of all nonmagnetic machine tools.
(However it is just available in the chip, whose size is less than 200mm)
Organization
It has a integral structure combining chip CONV' and drum. Dirty coolant induced from machine is separated and filtered to chip and clean water by drum filter. Clean water is sent to clean tank and resupplied to machine and chip and other floating matters that did not pass drum are discharged to chip box by CONV'.
Characteristic
Because it has an integral structure combining CONV' and drum, the secondary filtering is not necessary, installation area is small and running cost is low.
In order to prevent mesh media of drum from being clogged, washing unit is attached so it is possible to use mesh media for a long time.
If specially manufactured magnet plate is installed in CONV', steel and FC chip can be filtered.

Organization
Dirty coolant is induced from machine to magnet separator and it is divided into sludge and clean water. Clean water is sent to clean tank and sludge is discharged to sludge box.
Characteristic
It is used in the machine tool that does not require big filtering capacity. Its structure is simple so it can minimize installation area.

Characteristic
It can perform precision filtering after removing short chip and partial sludge discharged in rough grinding and finishing process.
Because it performs filtering in magnet separator after the primary filtering, its high sludge removal ratio can be applied to the machine that performs a lot of grinding and polishing work.

When DIRTY COOLANT is induced from machine, sludge and partial 지석 powder are discharged to sludge box by magnet separator and filtered clean water is sent to the primary clean tank, sent to auto clean again by pump and it is minutely filtered into 지석 powder and clean water. The clean water completing the secondary filtering is resupplied to machine.
Characteristic
Because auto clean performs the secondary filtering, the degree of filtering is high.
Because auto clean is a cyclone system using centrifugal force, it does not require maintenance.

Pump sends the primary clean water to auto clean for minute filtering and it discharges dirty water containing sludge and 지석 powder to magnet separator and sends clean water to the secondary clean tank.
The secondary clean water is resupplied to machine by pump.

Organization
Dirty coolant, which is induced from machine, is naturally filtered by gravity in paper filter and clean coolant is resupplied to machine by pump.
The paper filter is transferred by FLOAT S/W and with sludge, it is discharged to sludge box.
It is proper for the machine requiring precision filtering such as grinding or polishing process. (Degree of filtering depends on paper media. 10㎛~100㎛).
When coolant is supplied, over flow does not occur. It is designed to replace paper filter in advance by detecting the consumption limit of paper filter.
