Bring a tray of color into the booth to spray parts. After spraying a color, use the UM80S to flush paint from the channel of the spray gun. Clean the overspray on the gun with the Flow-through brush. Mounting the compact UM80W on the wall, inside the spray booth, saves time because the gun can remain connected to the air line and the painter can remain in the booth.

• Each cleaning tool, nozzle and brush, is powered by a different 2″ diaphragm pump with a flow control.
• Unit comes with 2 HDPE pails, mounting bracket and a one-quart (946 ml) bottle of AQUA KLEEN PGC concentrate (102-8200), which, when added to water, enhances the cleaning power of the water.
• Customer disposes of dirty water in accordance with local requirements.

Operation

• Cleaning is FAST.
• Press the paint channel of the spray gun against the nozzle, turn the pump on and pull the trigger to flush the paint channel for about 10 seconds, until clean.
  Wash the overspray from the spray gun with the Flow-through brush. Dry with the blow gun.
• Clean pail contains ½ bottle of AQUA KLEEN PGC and 2.5 US gallons of distilled or tap The second pail collects the waste water which is later disposed of in accordance with local requirements.

Consumables

AQUA-KLEEN PGC (part number 102-8200), is a cleaning concentrate used to effectively cut and dissolve paint from spray guns.  It enhances the cleaning power of water. Mix 1/2 bottle of AQUA-KLEEN and 2.5 US gallons of distilled or tap water in the Clean Pail.
