The COMBO655 is an elegant solution for the busy shop that wants to clean solvent spray guns in a top multi feature spray gun cleaner using clean, environmentally friendly solvent from the solvent recycler.  Clean recycled solvent is pumped to the gun cleaner to effectively clean spray guns, no lifting of pails required. The COMBO655 accomplishes a great deal and occupies little space in a busy shop.

Features of Spray Gun Cleaner

Top loading. Cleans 2 spray guns in under 1 minute.

• Large wash tank is constructed from stainless steel for longer life. The tank size is 20″w x 17″d x 14″h (51cmW x 43cmD x 36cmH).
• Washing is activated by a wash timer and powered by a long-lasting dual diaphragm pump. Mounting adapters fit popular conventional cup systems and disposable cup systems to deliver solvent to thoroughly wash the paint channel.
• The flow of solvent through the brush is activated by a foot pedal and powered by a 2″ dual diaphragm pump. Flow is adjustable.
• Stainless steel mesh filter keeps solvent cleaner and debris from reaching the diaphragm pump.
• Plastic Cone prevents solvent from entering the air passageway. Cone also provides positive airflow through the air passageway to keep solvent from entering at the cap.
• Each time the clean rinse button is pressed, a gauge on the right side of the panel indicates how much solvent remains in the pail.
• Fume extraction automatically removes solvent fumes from the work area when the lid is raised for a healthier work environment.
• 3 solvent HDPE wash pails are in a tray that pulls out, 1 for the recycler and 2 for the gun cleaner.

Operation

• Place the spray gun on the mounting adapter in the cleaning tank and turn the automatic timer. A 4 inch diaphragm pump drives cleaning solvent up through 1) the mounting adapters to flush the paint channel of the spray gun and 2) through 14 spray jets to wash overspray from the outside of the gun. Solvent drains back into the customer supplied pail, for reuse, a green approach.
• Press the air rinse button to flush the wash solvent and then press the clean rinse button to send 100 CC of clean solvent through the jets to rinse the spray guns. Two guns are cleaned in 1 minute.
• Step on a foot pedal to activate the brush or clean solvent wand to provide additional cleaning.

Features of Solvent Recycling

The solvent recycler effectively reclaims used solvent from the daily operation of the gun

cleaner.  By recycling daily, solids do not get a chance to build up in the pails.

• The recycler’s computer has 6 temperature choices, ranging from 90°C for Acetone, to 200°C for high solids or high boiling solvents. The machine can run on as little as one gallon of waste and automatically shuts off at the completion of its cycle.
• With a solvent recycler, unnecessary solvent purchases are eliminated; purchases drop by 90% and waste disposal costs drop by 90%. Profitability improves.

To Operate

• Transfer dirty solvent to the recycler by turning the transfer timer.
• Transfer previously recycled solvent to the spray gun cleaner.
• Press start. The recycler stops automatically, when finished, after about 4-6 hours. Paint residue remains in the heat resistant liner bag in the tank for later disposal.
