5-minute cloning Using Topoisomerase
T-Blunt™ PCR Cloning Kit는 2 kb 미만 PCR 증폭 산물의 빠른 클로닝을 위한 제품으로, TA cloning 및 Blunt-end cloning 모두 가능합니다. T-Blunt vector는 양 말단에 Topoisomerase I이 강하게 결합되어 있어, PCR 증폭 산물의 말단부 형태와 관계없이 상온에서 5분 반응으로 신속한 클로닝이 가능합니다. 또한 항생제 내성 및 ccdB 유전자를 이용한 positive selection을 적용하였습니다. 함께 제공되는 T-Blunt™ Competent Cell은 DH5α계열의 chemical competent cell로 heat-shock에 의한 transformation 방식에 적합합니다.
