[DR] DiaStar™ RT Series
Template RNA로부터 고감도, 고효율 cDNA 합성
DiaStar™ RT Series는 RNA를 template로 first strand cDNA 합성에 필요한 Reverse transcriptase (DiaStar™ RTase), Buffer, dNTP, DTT 등이 포함된 제품입니다. (역전사 반응에 사용되는 primer (random hexamer 또는 oligo dT primer)는 구성에 포함되어 있지 않습니다.) DiaStar™ RTase는 Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus로부터 개발된 높은 내열성을 갖는 recombinant M-MLV RTase (RNase H-)로, 50 ℃ 에서 최적활성을 보이며 이는 RNA의 2차 구조 (hairpin 구조 등) 형성을 억제 할 수 있어 높은 cDNA 합성 효율을 가능하게 합니다. 또한 RNase H 활성을 제거하여 cDNA 합성 과정에서 생성되는 RNA/DNA hybrid를 분해하지 않기 때문에, 긴 size의 cDNA 합성이 가능 하므로 cDNA 라이브러리 제작에 유용합니다.
