Solg™ e-Taq DNA Polymerase는 Thermus aquaticus DNA polymerase 유전자를 E. coli 에서 발현하여 고순도로 정제한 recombinant thermostable Taq DNA polymerase로, Solg™ Taq DNA Polymerase에 비해 enzyme activity가 약 30 % 정도 낮은 실속형 제품입니다. 구성에 5X Band Doctor™는 포함되지 않으며, colony PCR과 같은 일반적인 PCR 실험에 적합합니다.
