Designed and fabricated for cutting of red ginseng and raw ginseng. Thickness of cut ginseng will be 1 ~ 6mm, and the symmetry angles in the cutting process are adjustable between 15° and 30° depending on the thickness.

Fresh/Red Ginseng  - After applying power, the fresh/red ginseng is fed and sliced one by one when turning the disk and the symmetric angle is automatically adjusted by the thickness.
