풀오토 그라인더 NFG은 카세트를 이용하여 웨이퍼가 부착된 세라믹블럭을 로딩 후 전 공정을 로봇과 각 유닛들이 자동으로 진행하고 가공 완료된 제품이 언로딩 되는 전자동 시스템입니다.
웨이퍼를 맵핑한 후, T1 로봇이 카세트로부터 웨이퍼를 꺼내어 얼라이너로 이송하여 웨이퍼를 센터링합니다. 센터링 완료된 웨이퍼를 T2 로봇이 척테이블로 이송합니다. 그라인딩 가공을 끝낸 웨이퍼를 척테이블로부터 백사이드 클리너로 이송합니다. 웨이퍼의 뒷면을 세정 및 건조합니다. 웨이퍼 상면을 세정하기 위하여 SRD로 이송하여 웨이퍼 상면를 세정 및 건조 합니다. 세정 완료된 웨이퍼를 T1 로봇이 카세트로 복귀시키고 T3 로봇이 래핑존으로 웨이퍼를 이송하여 래핑공정을 진행합니다.
