MEMS Foundry
고정밀 MEMS 자이로,가속도계, 압력계 개발 및 제작을 위하여 Si dry etch 공정을 위한 DRIE 장비를 보유하고 있으며 제품 품질의 일관성을 위해 포토 공정에서 패키징 공정까지 일괄 처리할 수 있는 자체 MEMS fab을 구축하였다. MEMS 공정기술 중 건식 식각 (dry etching)공정에 대하여 특화된 전문기술을 갖고 있으며 고종횡비 실리콘 식각 공정에 사용되는 산화막 마스크 (oxide mask) TEOS (SiO2)증착 및 건식 식각 공정에 뛰어난 기술을 보유하고 있다.
2008년부터는 한국나노기술원 fab시설에 입주하여 6inch 기준 Wafer 공정 MEMS 파운드리 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 보유한 주요 장비는 양산장비 12종, 측정장비 6종, 기타 8종이다.
