The EHT Series hydraulic scotch yoke actuators deliver the optimum output from the linear movement of the piston. This is ideal for quarter-turn valve applications and it is available in symmetrical and canted designs to suit specific valve characteristics. The EHT actuator piston rod is tied to a guide block and supported by a high strength alloy steel guide rod with self-lubricated bearings. This improves the transfer of energy from the actuator to the valve stem. The EHT series is smaller than other actuators offering similar torque outputs, which reduces the overall valve packages envelop allowing for a more compact design. The two full length keyways simplify actuator with valve assembly and allow easier modification of the actuator orientation to accommodate last minute pipe work changes.
