Description

NUT lifting Ball Screw Jack

A type of jack in which the nut moves when the screw shaft rotates is called a nut lifting type ball screw jack.

Since it does not require a space for raising and lowering the screw shaft, the stroke can be effectively used to the end. This is especially convenient when space is limited.
For ball screw jacks, it is recommended to support the tip of the screw shaft to prevent vibration, especially in order to prevent the lateral load that you want to avoid, and to enable safe lifting even in the case of a long stroke.
When thrust bearings are used instead of radial bearings, which are normally used for screw shaft tip support, buckling can be avoided even when the shaft end shape is partially deformed or in the case of long strokes.
