It is a standard screw jack that utilizes the experience and technology that only specialized jack manufacturers can do.
It is composed of a high-precision worm gear and trapezoidal screw shaft, and self-locking is possible at any position within the stroke.
The reduction mechanism part uses grease lubrication as standard, and realizes long life with smooth operation.
There are abundant selection functions such as the shaft protection cover (BELLOWS BOOT) that protects the screw shaft, the handle for manual operation (HAND WHEEL), the trunnion base (TRUNNION BASE), the limit switch (LIMIT SWITCH), and the RC encoder (ENCODER) for computer control.
Nut Lifting Jack
A type of jack in which a nut moves by rotating a screw shaft is called a nut lift type jack.
Since it does not require space for raising and lowering the screw shaft, the stroke can be used effectively to the end, and it is particularly convenient when space is limited.
It is easy to support the tip of the screw shaft because it enables stable lifting and lowering even in the case of a long stroke, and the tip of the screw shaft is designed with a cylindrical finish for bearings.
By adopting a thrust bearing instead of a radial bearing, which is normally used for supporting the tip of a screw shaft, by partially transforming the shape of the shaft end, buckling can be avoided even in the case of a long stroke.
