YECOA YL-311 is a dedicated grease lubricant that does not readily flow down in a wide temperature range and high-speed revolution, displaying excellent lubrication performance. Due to tooutstanding durability and mechanical stability, it displays very stable lubricity for the bearings under harsh operating conditions when the rpm is not constant, pressures and impacts applied to bearings vary from time to time, etc.

 

Usage

ㆍWear-resistant bearing

ㆍLow-speed or high-speed journal bearings.

ㆍElectric motor bearings, etc.

 

How to use

ㆍ Always wear safety equipment before work.

ㆍClean the dust, oil contents, and grease on the metal surface. (Using our metal cleaner, they are removed easily)

ㆍShake up and down lightly before use.

ㆍSpray twice or three times to make thick film formed.

ㆍSpray it about 20~30cm away from target object.

 

Precautions

※ Please observe the following points when storing and using the product and discard.

ㆍEven though it is low-flammable, keep away from fire to spray it.

ㆍProvide good ventilation for long-time use.

ㆍKeep it in a well-ventilated place below 40℃.

ㆍDo not use it toward fire.

ㆍDo not use near heater or stove.

ㆍDo not use in the room using fire.

ㆍDo not keep it in a place above 40℃.

ㆍProvide ventilation to use it in the closed room.

ㆍDo not throw it away into fire.

ㆍPunch the can to throw it away.

ㆍDo not keep it in a closed place.

ㆍSpraying may not work well below 5℃.
