Product information

YECOA YL-808 is a high-sensitivity fluorescent magnetic particle, which shows the yellow-green fluorescent color under Blacklight (ultraviolet radiation wavelength of 365nm). It is of non-corrosive, low toxicity, high-boiling point, oil-based type as an economical and efficient product with certain identification since it is uniformly coated upon spray with the addition of a special dispersant and refinedfluorescent magnetic particles.

Usage

ㆍSeams, Shrinkage Cracks, Tears, Laps, Flakes.

ㆍWelding Defect, Grinding Cracks, Quenching Cracks, Fatigue Cracks.

ㆍIron, nickel, cobalt and their alloys being materials suitable for magnetic particle testing (Magnetic body products)

How to use

Always wear safety equipment before work.

1. Please clean the contaminants on the surface that needs to be tested with cleaner  (YL-801) (Drying Time 5 ∼10min).

2. Please spray the white paint (YL-806) evenly.

3. Please form the magnetizing current magnetic field.

4. Please spray the black magnetic particle spray (YL-807) evenly.

5. Please examine the testing area with the naked eye.

Precautions

 ※ Please observe the following points when storing and using the product and discard.

ㆍEven though it is low-flammable, keep away from fire to spray it.

ㆍProvide good ventilation for long-time use.

ㆍKeep it in a well-ventilated place below 40℃.

ㆍDo not use it toward fire.

ㆍDo not use near heater or stove.

ㆍDo not use in the room using fire.

ㆍDo not keep it in the place above 40℃.

ㆍProvide ventilation to use it in the closed room.

ㆍDo not throw it away into fire.

ㆍPunch the can to throw it away. Do not keep it in the closed place.

ㆍSpraying may not work well below 5℃
