YECOA YL-204 is a special releasing agent which can reduce noises due to wear and friction of operating parts by outstanding lubricity. It has excellent resin resistance and rubber resistance withalmost no ill effects on rubber systems such as BR, CR, IR, IIR, SBR, NBR, EPM, EPDM, etc. and engineering Plastics, allowing safe use. It minimizes damages to the product by lubrication action through penetration even to invisible places upon application to the object due to the excellent permeability.

Usage

ㆍLubrication of sliding between plastics such as various gears in VTR, Audio, Printer.

ㆍSliding lubrication between metals.

ㆍSliding lubrication between plastic and metal, various Control cables, small motors for electronic products.

 

How to use

ㆍAlways wear safety equipment before work.

ㆍDegrease oil content, dirt, and dust on the metal surface by using YL-107.

ㆍShake the container before using it.

ㆍApply it 20∼30cm away from target object.

ㆍApply it again depending on desired thickness.

ㆍSolvent resistance, cohesion, and heat resistance increase.

ㆍPlease confirms the application.

 

Precautions

※ Please observe the following points when storing and using the product and discard

ㆍEven though it is low-flammable, keep away from fire to spray it.

ㆍProvide good ventilation for long-time use.

ㆍKeep it in a well-ventilated place below 40℃.

ㆍDo not use it toward fire.

ㆍDo not use near heater or stove.

ㆍDo not use in the room using fire.

ㆍDo not keep it in a place above 40℃.

ㆍProvide ventilation to use it in the closed room.

ㆍDo not throw it away into fire.

ㆍPunch the can to throw it away.

ㆍDo not keep it in a closed place.

ㆍSpraying may not work well below 5℃.
