LED Lead Frame Inspection System is performed based on visual information obtained using specially designed lighting system carefully considering LED lead frame’s materials, shape and reflection property. Without any interruption of the operator, lead frame is loaded one by one from the cassette tray, optical inspection is automatically performed on both top and bottom sides and it is unloaded to the cassette tray in full automatic after inspection is completed. When defective LED lead frame is detected, it go for either directly marking on defect area or unloading to separate tray depending on the type of defects.
