MSL-SCC 80A 에 대한 국내의 규격은 없으나 국내 표준 규격에 준하여 충방전 조절기를 제작하였다. 따라서 각종 보호 회로 및 각종 기능은 표준 규격이 지정한 대로 구현 하였다.

태양전지에 의한 충전효율을 극대화 시킬 수 있도록 구성되었으며, 역류방지회로와 과 충전과 과 방전을 방지하고,만 충전시 부동충전으로 자동 전환되도록 구성되었다. 내부에 스위치를 배치하여 On/Off를 제어하도록 하였다. RS232 통신을 이용한 모니터링 기능 지원
