The most important point of lantern is preventing from light-out in any cases.
One of aforementioned measures is installing separately and operating supplement lanterns with the same function.
However, this is ineffective due to difficulties of securing operating area as well as operationing expense.
Integrating Primary lantern and auxiliary lantern as a single lantern prevents any light-outs from failures, resulting in safety improvement.
One single lantern comprises of dual lens, LED modules, control panels and light sensor.
Primary lens is designed as Fresnel type and the top of the lens is transparent in order to enable using auxiliary lens inside.
Primary lens normally operates, and in case of any failure in control panel or CDS of the lens or more than half of LED modules are lighted-out, auxiliary lens automatically becomes operational. Visible range can be enlarged by operating primary and auxiliary lens at the same time.
