Blade Testing System
Blade Testing System
Blade testing system is for static & fatigue test of a blade for wind power plant. The purpose of this system is that maximization and prediction of blade’s service life for economic feasibility and safety.
As long as 70m blade (For 7MW)can be tested.
Fatigue Test
KNR’s blade fatigue testing system is using a resonance of a blade. Therefore, testing time and expenses will decrease.
Static Test
Static test is for verifying the ability of the blade to withstand design load or ultimate strength.
There are 4 to 6 winches for loading method.
