레오메타를 이용하여, 가황될 수 있는 고무 배합물의 가공성 및 가황 특성을 시험하는 장비입니다.
이 시험에서 얻은 가황 곡선으로부터 다음고 ㅏ같은 측정을 할 수 있다.
1) 최저 토크
2) 최초 가황 개시 시간(scorch time)
3) 최적 가황 시간

This test method describes the use of oscillating disk cure meter for determining selected vulcanization characteristics of vulcanizable rubber compounds and its performed according to ASTM 2084, BS 1673, ISO 3417.
The following measurements may be taken from the curve of torque versus time.

1. minimum torque
2. tme to incipient cure (scorch time)
3. time to a percentage of full cure
