Our floating Y pieces are designed to split a single floating offshore/dredging hose into two. Our floating reducers have a conically shaped profile which is designed to reduce the diameter of an offloading hose. Both incorporate standard pipework around which a buoyant layer of polyethylene foam is built which is then coated with an abrasion resistant tough polyurethane elastomer skin.

Application field 

Our reducers and Y pieces are used in conjunction with OCIMF hoses for offloading and transfer of oil (and other fluids) from ship to shore and form an important and integral part of the offloading system.
