Rod assembly machines are machinery and equipment binding pistons and nuts of rods assembled with high torque and rods are divided into small-sized, medium-sized and large-sized ones according to their size and we are manufacturing 1-HEAD(manual), 2-HEAD(semiautomatic) and an automatic type which assembles all parts such as rod covers, cushion rings, pistons and nuts according to the number of oil pressure tools fitted with it. The machinery is features an automatic cutting changing from high-speed to low-speed and torque’s set values storage function in time of binding torque and as its method of operation, the touch screen method is used.
