Air Cushioned Pallet 구조는 정상적인 운전압력에서 내부 Vapor의 Leak를 최소화 시켜주며 Teflon Diaphragm을 기본 사양으로 하고 있어 장기간 사용시Vapor 응축물의 고형화로 인한 고착 가능성을 최소화 함으로서 작동 신뢰성이 높습니다.
