Conveyor Chamber with Improved Performance and Function
• Pre-heating section :
Being the cloth is heated in the pre-heating section for enough time, seven thick cotton cloth can be treated effectively with uniformity.
• Unique construction of conveyor :
A lattice conveyor has upward slopping parts at its front and rear srction. Plaited cloth is loaded on the descent incline section of the conveyor in perfectly relaxed state in forming folds in open width. It travels to horizontal section of the conveyor and is conveyed to the ascent incline section with folds reclining on next folds and is orderly unloaded from the end of the conveyor to water sealed cistern.
