

산소의 분리를 위한 흡착제로 ZMS(Zeolite molecula sieve)를 사용하며, ZMS에 대한 질소와 산소의 평형흡착량의 차이를 이용하여 산소를 제품가스로 생산하는 장치로서 생산과정은 질소발생기와 같은 프로세스를 계속적으로 반복하여 산소를 생산하게 됩니다.
