PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE

When power valve opens with air pressure, pressurized air enters cylinder to push piston and revolve crank shaft.

Pressurized air supply is stopped when crank shaft reaches required revolving speed to supply fuel to operate the system.

When RT-FLEX Engine's FUEL RAIL UNIT and compressed FUEL ACCUMULATOR are over-pressurized or undergo OIL FLUCTUATION, FUEL PUMP's SWASH PLATE is adjusted for BY-PASS and prevents over-pressurization. if this does not solve the problem, PCV overflows oil when internal pressure reaches 1000~1050BAR to control pressure.
