T4Lco.,Ltd. has developed automation equipment to manufacture 3-dimensional bicycle tube structure using carbon fiber through its own technology development. This is "the only technology in Korea" that can automatically produce various 3-dimensional structures using carbon fiber. This technology is applied to manufacture the ring frame (Fuselage), which is the core structure of the aircraft, and it is the method for manufacturing advanced ultralight and high performance carbon fiber composite material. Related technologies are already applied to supercar pillars, roof frames, and bumper reinforcements.
