This machine is designed with a single tow line which continuously spreads the tow to a specified width, which can be up to 4-5 times wider or more than the original tow.
By changing the spreading unit parameter(temp. traversing velocity, curvature of roller, tension etc) which belong to desired spreading width, various types of fiber tow can be spread as designated and then fix the width of spread tow using sizing device(option) and wind on the flange type bobbin. in addition, spread tow make it possible to divide plural number of tows.
