5X Band doctor™ is designed to help PCR as an additive and it provides the solution for the difficult PCR which is due to high GC content and complex structure. 5X Band Doctor™ is recommended to use with SolGent enzyme series in fastidious PCR amplification and it may not affect in the KCl buffer system. Recommended for addition of 5X Band doctor™ in following cases; - High GC or complex structural template - Formation of non-specific band - Difficult PCR
